What's New

Security Roles

  • There is now an option to create Role Groups.  This allows the Administrator to assign separate user/login policies between roles.
  • You can assign an RSVP code for users to quickly join a Role or Role Group.  This takes the work off of the Administrator in managing user role assignments.
  • A new set of Membership Policy Settings are available.  This allows Administrators to define Password limitations and User visibility options.

User Accounts

  • The user search options have been expanded significantly
  • You can now view all users who are currently online
  • Administrators can now generate a random password for newly added users
